What is Of Sound Mind?
A unique mental wellness driven music program that features music industry master keynote speakers, educational seminars, branding guidance, business building, song registration and distribution. Packaged together in a collaborative writing environment that culminates with an EP release and Live Performance with industry professionals in attendance.

The program is a total of 6 weeks long broken into 2 week tiers. The two week tiers can be attended in consecutive months or throughout the year.
Daily Schedule : Monday- Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Week 1- Mindset workshops, brand identity development, industry experts share their experiences and insights on building a successful mindset and brand. Professional recording studio time
Week 2- Music business seminars, music producers and business professionals share their expertise and provide guidance.
Week 3- Songwriting Workshops, guided sessions to help artists hone their songwriting skills and storytelling abilities. Coaching sessions focused on stage presence, connecting with the audience, and enhancing live performances. Artists will perform their original songs in front of an audience filled with industry professionals.
Week 4- Workshops on effective marketing techniques, including social media, digital ads, and branding. Music Video Production: Hands-on sessions to create music videos that align with the artists' brand and message. Branding Showcase: Artists present their brand concepts and marketing plans to receive feedback.
Week 5 - Music Technology Demos: Demonstrations of various music production software, virtual instruments, and plugins. Studio Engineering Techniques: Hands-on experience with sound engineering, mixing, and mastering. Collaborative Recording Sessions: Artists work together to produce and engineer each other's music.
Week 6- Showcase Rehearsals: Preparation for the final showcase event, including staging, sound checks, and rehearsals. Graduation Ceremony: A celebration where artists receive certificates and recognition for completing the program. Networking Opportunities: Throughout the program, participants will have ample chances to connect with industry professionals and like-minded artists.
